What is the delivery time for the products?

Delivery time is 2-4 business days (within Norway). Please email us for delivery times outside of Norway.
We always have 95% of our products in stock.

How do I know if the product I want to order is in stock?

If the product is displayed on the website, it means it is in stock.
Sold-out products are automatically removed from the website or will have a visible ‘Sold Out’ sign.

Will the color of the product I receive differ from what I see online?

Yes, that can happen. Please note the following:

  • For basins like Bali Natu, Bali Lap, Pedes, Nobi, and Mory, the stones can vary more than others.
    These are unique stones, and each block can have significant differences in color tones and patterns.
    Click on the ‘More Important Info’ link on the product page for further details.
  • For stones like marble and limestone, the gray/brown tones and variations you see in photos are not very pronounced, but the small textures may vary from block to block.
    No two blocks will have the exact same variation. Some may look very similar, while others may show slight differences.
    Nature is unique, and this uniqueness is the beauty of natural materials—every basin tells its own story.
  • For stones like granite and basalt, these blocks have very little variation in color.”
Can you send pictures of the item I want to buy before I purchase it?

Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to send pictures of each product to every customer. We do our best to provide as much information and as many photos as possible on our website to help you make an informed decision. However, we do accept specific requests for certain items, such as Bali Natu, Bali Lap, and Pedes, regarding either shape or color.

If you wish to purchase two basins for the same countertop, we will do our best to select two that complement each other. Please note that if you wish to return a basin, return costs will apply—see the ‘Returns/Complaints’ link for more details.

Note: Purchases of natural materials (stone or wood) will feature variations from the displayed basin. This is similar to how samples or photos of items like stone countertops, tiles, or wooden floors may vary from the actual product. If you are buying real wood or real stone, you should be prepared for the natural variations these materials offer.

Do I need to seal my stone basin often?”

Our basins are pre-sealed at the factory, but this sealing does not last indefinitely. How long the sealing lasts depends on the type of cleaning products used, the frequency of use, and the type of sealing applied.

Hard stones like granite, larvikite, and basalt do not require frequent sealing. Some users even choose not to seal them at all (sealing is not necessary for hard stone types, but it makes daily cleaning easier and keeps your basin looking great). More porous stones, such as sandstone, will absorb water if not sealed. This water will dry out, and the basin will return to its original appearance.

The purpose of sealing is to prevent stains or colored liquids from being absorbed and leaving permanent marks on your basin. If your usage involves only water with mild detergents or toothpaste, sealing may be needed less frequently. Over time, you will get to know your stone as a living material and decide on your preferred maintenance routine.

We also offer color-enhancing sealants like Akemi Transformer Max, which can bring out the natural beauty of your basin’s color. For a non-color-changing sealant, we recommend Akemi Anti-Stain NanoEffect.”

Can we return the products?

Please review our return policy. We charge a 20% return fee plus shipping costs. We typically inspect each item before it is shipped to you, and all products are in good condition when dispatched.

Do you have technical drawings for the basins?

We offer a selection of images for each product, and one of these is usually a technical drawing. Browse through the images, and you should find the technical drawing. Basins such as Bali Natu, Bali Lap, and Pedes do not have technical drawings due to their unique shapes. It is not possible for us to provide technical drawings for each piece. If a drawing is missing for any of the other basins, please send us an email.

What size should the hole in my countertop be?

You should note the shape of the bottom of the basin you wish to purchase and ensure it covers the hole to be made or fits the pre-cut hole in the countertop. The drain hole size for all our basins is standard/universal. The hole size can be prepared in the same way as for any other basin. Your plumber should be able to advise on this.

Do you create custom products?

We can customize products for projects when more than 15 pieces per style are ordered. However, sometimes, if you are willing to wait 3-4 months, we can customize selected products and include them in our next shipment. We can also customize and create bathtubs for individual/private orders, with a waiting time of 3-4 months.
